Working tirelessly to overcome the circumstances I was born into, I fought to create the life I always wanted. Once I had it all, I realized the most important work I could do was to help others in the same situation I was in.

From an early age, I recognized there was something bigger out there for me. I was born in Cameroon, Africa, in a small village in the rainforest. There was limited access to basic necessities like education and health care. My mom was a single mother, and we lived in a small home, just trying to get by each day.

One day, we had torrential rain – it was pouring with no signs of stopping. My mom and I were soaked to the bone. We sat there hugging each other and crying. At that moment, I thought to myself: We can’t live like this. It’s not right.

All my time and energy went to my education. It was the one sure way I could provide a better life for myself. I worked extremely hard, and after finishing high school, I was fortunate to receive a scholarship to study television broadcasting in London. I went on to get my master’s in international relations and economics. For seven years, I lived in Taiwan, working in copyright communications for one of the biggest computer companies in the world.

Eventually, I made my way to Silicon Valley. It was here that I started listening to CDs about real estate as I drove to work each day. This was back in 2005, so the market was hot, and I decided to give it a try as something to do in my free time. However, more and more of my colleagues wanted my help, and eventually, it became my full-time job. I absolutely loved having something of my own and putting my unique background to use.

With 2008 came a major shift in the market, and for a brief moment, I considered returning to Asia. But in my heart, I knew that wasn’t right. I couldn’t just give up – America has so many opportunities, and I had created the life I always dreamed of. I began working with banks, analyzing their property assets. By 2009, I was having my best year because the banks

would enlist me to fix up the properties and sell them. I was able to sustain my business while simultaneously

helping improve neighborhoods and increase property values.

All of this was great, but I knew that I wanted more. I wanted to build something that would allow me to help others and leave a lasting impact. I reflected on my past and how far I had come. I made it out of Cameroon and built an incredible life for myself, but what is it all for if I am not making a difference to help people in the same situation I was once in?

It became my goal to help others build wealth through real estate. People began joining my brokerage, and I knew I was onto

something. If I can help people see the value in owning properties, we can build generational wealth and help families escape the cycle of poverty. It has been the most rewarding experience to help my clients and fellow agents realize their dreams.

Since then, I’ve continued to expand my business. In 2017, I started Money Market Inc., a mortgage company and, most recently, added insurance. We are a one-stop shop for all things real estate; the simpler the process, the more accessible real estate investing becomes.

The money may be nice, but my ultimate drive in life is to create generational wealth for my community and to help people who don’t have access to the resources and opportunities that I had to fight for. I’ve been through a lot, but if I can use my experiences to help others, I have played my part in making this world a better place.

My driving force is to bring joy and positively impact the lives of those I work with, including my clients and associates. I strive to build long-term relationships with my clients and empower them to achieve their goals. By having access to so many resources, including our mortgage and insurance companies, we streamline the experience and ensure our clients have everything they need to navigate the real estate processes smoothly.

We believe in making a difference in our community, and one way we do this is by helping sellers improve properties, thereby increasing property value and neighborhood appeal. It is very rewarding to know the properties we help revive will remain a part of the community for years to come. We also offer extensive marketing tools to ensure high-visibility listings that achieve fast results. For our buyers, we walk you through the entire process, ensuring you have the information to make smart decisions that align with your goals.

When the transaction is over, we will continue providing services as your real estate professionals for life.

Sincerely,
